Izzy is a Yoga Teacher from the UK  trained in both Hatha and Ashtanga. She has been teaching since 2020 and its safe to say that teaching the gift of yoga makes her incredibly happy.

Maree Chambers

Maree is a qualified Kundalini Teacher , but prefers to teach Hatha and the gentler practices. She has trained in Yin, Restorative and iRest Yoga Nidra.

Claire LeFebvre

A practicing artist for over 20 years and a yoga teacher for 16. Claire is passionate about creativity, embodiment and community. She completed the rigorous Gita International Gold Diploma i 2007. She is particularly interested in integrating trauma informed yoga into her classes.

Roxanne has been teaching Yoga for 30 years. She is a qualified Iyengar Teacher, Satyananda Hatha Yoga Teacher, and Yin Yoga Teacher.

Tea Forenbacher

Tea is  originally from Toronto, Canada. A yoga student for 15 years prior to her teacher training  her  progressive flow is rich and varied.  She offers props and  modifications for all levels, aiming for inclusivity and accessibility. Her class include breathwork, mindful movement and relaxation.
