30 minutes

A drop in class, no theory. Simply closing our eyes and meditating. Exploring different entry points to stillness. Experience mindfulness, visualisations, and contemplative practices. Quieten the chattering mind, find peacefulness and clarity. A thirty minute session where can sit or lie down. Support yourself with cushions and blankets if desired.
