A drop in class without theory, simply closing our eyes and being guided to experience sensations of peace and stillness. Allow the busy mind to become quieter, release distracting mental clutter encouraging clarity and well being. These are 30 Minute sessions that you can take seated or lying down as you chose. Maybe some cushions and a blanket for optimum comfort.
