Gently activating the parasympathetic nervous system to restore peace and balance to the body and mind. Allowing tired and damaged bodies to mend and renew at a cellular level. Long slow stretches on the floor using bolsters, blocks and sandbags support and sooth the body. In the stillness the mind quietens and the body is revitalised.
