Studio Workshop : Breath & Yoga with Corey
This is a 2 hour session of deep exploration, expanding beyond the limits of a traditional class. Here we are able to combine the stretch of Hatha Yoga with the tissue release of Yin, the healing properties of deep rest in Yoga Nidra, the quiet insight of Meditation. and all at your own pace. Corey will guide you gently sharing yogic wisdoms from his deep knowledge of so many aspects of theses practises.
