A drop in class, no theory. Simply closing our eyes and meditating. Exploring different entry points to stillness. Experience mindfulness, visualisations, and contemplative practices. Quieten the chattering mind, find peacefulness and clarity. Each session may have 1 or 2 meditations, and you can sit or lie down. Chairs, blankets and bolsters available for your comfort.
