Yoga Nidra, known as Yogic sleep. A state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Rest on the floor with a warm blanket and allow yourself to be guided to a place that releases stress and anxiety. A place that allows the body back to its natural state of balance, improving sleep and easing a busy mind.
